1. Where We Ship

We ship to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or APO/FPO military addresses. If you are in one of these locations and would like to order, contact us at quotes@deleks.com  or (866) 384-3461 and we will prepare a shipping quote for you.

2. Shipping Cost

Standard shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase, to any address we serve. There is no expedited shipping option.

Optional services that you select at checkout — liftgate service and scheduled delivery — are charged separately at the prices shown.

Sales tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it.

3. How Long It Takes

Total delivery time is 10 to 15 business days from the confirmation of your order.

That time is made up of order processing at our fulfillment center in Georgia (orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day are normally processed the same day; orders placed later, at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day), followed by transit. Transit from Georgia is typically 2 to 4 business days to the East Coast and Southeast, and 5 to 7 business days to the West Coast.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays and events outside our control can extend them; we will keep you informed if that happens.

If an item is out of stock, its product page will say so and you will not be able to add it to your cart. We do not have a fixed restocking schedule, so if you need an item that is currently unavailable, please call us at (866) 384-3461 and we will tell you what we know. You can also use the notification form on the product page to be emailed when the item is back in stock.

4. How Your Order Ships

Parcel — items up to 44 lbs / 20 kg. Spare parts and smaller accessories ship by parcel carrier in a box. No signature is required on delivery for orders below $500; orders of $500 or more require a signature on delivery.

Freight — items over 44 lbs / 20 kg. Machines and heavy attachments ship by LTL freight carrier, secured to a pallet or in a crate. Freight deliveries work differently from parcel deliveries, so please read Section 5 before you order.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

5. Freight Deliveries — What to Expect

Curbside delivery. Freight delivery is curbside. The driver brings the shipment to the end of your driveway or the nearest accessible point at your address. The driver is not responsible for unloading the pallet from the truck, moving it onto your property, uncrating it, or assembling it. You are responsible for having a forklift, tractor with forks, loading dock, or enough people and equipment available to take the shipment off the truck safely.

Liftgate service $90. If you do not have a forklift or a loading dock, add liftgate service at checkout. The carrier will send a truck fitted with a hydraulic platform that lowers the pallet to ground level. Most LTL trucks do not have a liftgate as standard. If you do not order this service and you cannot unload the pallet yourself when the truck arrives, the delivery will fail and the charges in Section 7 will apply.

Scheduled delivery $60. With this service the carrier contacts you before delivery to agree a delivery window, so that you can arrange to be present with the right equipment. We recommend it for residential addresses and for anyone who cannot receive a shipment at any time during business hours.

Residential delivery. We deliver to residential addresses at no additional charge.

Accessibility of the delivery address. Freight is delivered by tractor-trailer, typically 48 to 53 feet long. The truck needs a paved or firm approach, room to turn, and clearance from low branches, narrow bridges, tight gates and steep or unpaved tracks. Before shipping, our team checks the accessibility of the address you provide. If we believe the address cannot be reached safely by a freight truck, we will contact you before shipping to agree an alternative — for example a nearby commercial address, a farm supply store, or delivery to the carrier's local terminal for you to collect. Where the carrier applies a limited-access or difficult-access surcharge, we will quote it to you before shipping, and you may cancel your order at no cost if you prefer not to proceed.

Please give us a mobile number you can be reached on when you order. Freight carriers call ahead, and an unreachable phone number is the most common cause of a failed delivery.

6. Inspecting Your Delivery

This is the most important part of this page. Freight damage is common in this industry, and your rights against the carrier depend almost entirely on what happens in the two minutes before you sign.

Before you sign:

  1. Count the pieces against the delivery receipt.
  2. Walk around the pallet or crate and look for damage — punctures, crushed corners, torn wrapping, oil stains, a leaning or broken pallet.
  3. If anything is damaged, write it on the delivery receipt in detail before you sign. Describe what you see, for example "crate crushed on one corner, cylinder bent". A note that just says "subject to inspection" is not enough to support a claim.
  4. Photograph the pallet on the truck, the damage, and the annotated delivery receipt.
  5. If the damage is visible and substantial, you may refuse the shipment. Tell the driver, note the reason on the receipt, and call us straight away.

Then contact us within 3 business days at quotes@deleks.com or (866) 384-3461 with the photographs and a copy of the annotated delivery receipt. We will arrange the repair, replacement or return at no cost to you and handle the claim with the carrier.

Concealed damage. If the packaging looked fine but you find damage after unpacking, report it to us within 10 calendar days of delivery, with photographs of the product and of the packaging it came in. Please keep the packaging until you have finished inspecting the product — without it, a concealed damage claim cannot be supported.

Missing parts. If the packaging arrives open or a component is missing, note it on the delivery receipt in the same way, photograph the pallet before unpacking further, and contact us within 3 business days.

If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt and is not reported within these time limits, carriers routinely reject the claim, and our ability to help you is limited.

7. Failed Deliveries, Storage and Address Corrections

If the delivery fails because nobody is available to receive it, because the address cannot be reached, because no equipment is available to unload a curbside delivery, or because the shipment is refused without a valid reason, the carrier returns the shipment to its local terminal and begins charging storage.

Carriers typically allow 2 free days at the terminal, after which storage accrues daily. Storage charges, redelivery charges and, where the shipment ultimately comes back to us, return freight, are passed on to you at cost, exactly as the carrier charges them to us. We will tell you the amounts as soon as the carrier notifies us.

If the shipment returns to our warehouse, the order is cancelled and refunded, less those charges.

Address corrections. If the address you gave us is incorrect or incomplete and the shipment has already left, the carrier charges a correction fee. We will quote you the cost before the shipment is redirected. Please check your address carefully before completing your order — it is much easier to fix beforehand.

None of this applies where the failure is our fault or the carrier's.

8. Title, Risk and Insurance

Title and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are delivered to the carrier, subject to your rights under Section 6 and under applicable law. In practice, if your shipment is damaged or lost in transit and you follow the steps in Section 6, we take care of it.
